What type of payments do you accept?
For online transactions we accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard AMEX and Discover). For your convinience you can pay with paypal or google checkout for online transactions as well. If you would like to pay at our spa, we accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard and Discover), SPA Finder Gift Certificates, Body & Mind Spa Gift Certificates, as well as cash.

We understand your concerns about Internet security. We make every effort to protect your personal information - by employing a state-of-the-art protection which supports industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption. Here's how it works:
SSL encryption is active in all areas where customer information is requested. You can check to see that you have entered an SSL-active area by looking on the bottom of your screen. If you see a closed lock you will know that SSL technology is in place and ready to encrypt your information. You can also check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When you are in an SSL-active area, the first letters of our website address will change from "http" to "https" (the 's' stands for 'secure'). When you place your order with us online - your information is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form - which is then decoded when it gets to us.
For additional security we have partnered with McAfee PCI scan. Statistically, one of the highest concerns for online users is protecting their information when processing a transaction. We have implemented a McAfee PCI Verified Seal to our site to give our customers additional peace of mind, by knowing that our website's security has been verified by a 3rd party. What is your cancellation policy?
We understand cancellations are sometimes unavoidable; however we do require 24 hour notice to fill your cancelled time slot. Spa packages and multi services scheduled for more than 2 hours require a credit card or gift certificate number to hold the time.
For no shows your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled service and / or gift certificate will be voided. Late cancellations may be subject to a penalty fee of $25.00.
How do i make an appointment for a spa treatment?
In order to make an appointment, you can contact us by telephone at 800-772-5231. In order to reserve your appointments, we require a contact telephone number and a credit card number with expiration date or valid gift certificate number. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time; for groups of three or more please arrive half an hour before the appointment time. If you arrive late to the appointment you have scheduled, we unfortunately would have to shorten your treatment time and retain the original price of the appointment. We do this as a courtesy to the guests who are scheduled after you.
When should i arrive for my scheduled appointment?
We suggest arriving 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment to allow ample time to check in and relax. Please note that should you arrive late, your treatment will end as previously scheduled as a courtesy to the next guest.
Please turn off your cellphones prior to entering treatment rooms.
What is the suggested gratuity?
We proudly recruit and train our staff to be the most qualified spa professionals in the industry. Our recommended standard gratuity for spa treatments is 15%-20%. Gratuity to therapist can be in cash or personal check. Credit Cards are not taken for gratuities.
What is the minimum age requirement?
Guests must be 18 years of age for spa services, unless accompanied by an adult.
Are sales tax included in the price?
For all spa services, gift cards and products there will be NYS sales tax added to the final price at the checkout.
Return & Refund Policy
Gift certificates are non-refundable. All gift certificates must be used by the expiration date. Spa products are exchanged only if the items are defected.
Gift Certificates
How long does it take to receive my order that I placed online?
Once you place an order, you are able to specify where you want us to send your order at the checkout. We can either ship gift certicate(s) and/or products to you or to a recipient that you have specified. You can also have an option of buying an order online and picking it up at the store. Just select this option at the checkout and your order will be ready in 6 business hours. If you are pressed for time, you now have the option of printing gift certificates online. After placing an order, you will get an email within 12 business hours with instructions on how to download and print gift certificate(s).
Is there an expiration date on gift certifcates?
Yes, there is. All Gift certificate expire in one year from the date when it was purchased. Some restrictions may apply.
Can I use remaining balance on my gift certificate to tip the therapists?
No. The credit left on your gift certificate is not of cash value. That credit can only be applied to another service at Body & Mind Day Spa.
Can I apply my remaining gift certificate credit towards another service/spa product?
Yes you can, but we will redeem the gift certificate in a dollar amount (the value of the service). If the service value is more than the gift certificate value, you will have a credit. This credit can only be applied to another service at our spa except for spa products. You cannot use this credit to get cash back or tip the therapists.
What is your policy on lost gift certificates?
Gift cards are treated as cash and are not replaceable if lost or stolen. The bearer of the gift card is completely responsible for its loss or theft. Body & Mind Day Spa cannot replace any lost gift cards, unless you select an option when you buy gift certificates online to have gift certificates backed up for the whole year.
Do all the services in a spa package has to be used at once?
Treatments in a spa package do not have to be used all in one day. Treatments can be broken down into several days. For example if you have Body & Mind Spa Signature package which includes 30 minutes swedish massage, mini facial, manicure & pedicure, you can have 30 min swedish massage in one day, mini facial the next day and so on.
Can I exchange my gift certificate for another service?
Yes! Your gift certificate is worth a specific amount so you may use it towards the service of your choice. Please bear in mind that sometimes gift certificates are purchased at discounted prices. If thats the case, once you change the service, you will be charged at a full regular price.
I forgot to bring my gift certificate with me for my spa treatments. What do I do?
In the event that you have forgotten your gift certificate/voucher, we will charge you for the treatments we have scheduled. This charge will be fully refunded to you once we receive the original certificate (not a copy).

Can i host a party at Body & Mind Spa?
Body & Mind Spa can help you put together a great event in our spa for just about any occasion. Bachelorette (or Bachelor) parties, Bridal showers, baby showers, retirement parties, corporate events, girls night in, birthdays or just because it sounds like fun! What are the terms & conditions for booking a spa party?
Terms are as follows:
• A 15% gratuity will automatically be added to parties of 4 or more.
• A 2 service/2 hour minimum per person (each service must be $75 or more)
• Spa lunch/drinks will be included with the group of 4 people or more (lunch consists of wraps, water, tea, juices.)
• 20% discount will be applied to each service purchased at a regular price with the group of 4 people or more. Each service must be $75 or more. (discount is not applied to spa packages and special deals)
• A signed contract and $200 non-refundable deposit required 10 days before to secure the event payable either by check, credit card or cash.
• Balance is due on the day of the event.
• Try to book as far in advance as possible to secure your date, services and any details that may be required so we can make your experience here the best it can possibly be.
